ScootyPants are made of denim for durability and have elastic waists that do NOT detach. There is a hole for the dogs tail  and inside you put a disposable "Scooty insert" to absorb fluid.

Scooty Pants are easy to put on your dog. Just put your dog's legs through the leg holes, pull the pants up half way, put the dog's tail through the tail hole and pull them on!
