Introducing Our Family

Spike:  He was born May 1991 in Norfolk, VA.  He had a hard life until he met me.  Spike lived with 2 other dogs, that he didn't get along with.  I lived alone with only a cat, so he was happy.  Spike, white with brendle spots and about 75 lbs was a very old stubborn hard-headed house pit. Spike lived to be 16.5 years old and fathered many puppies. He died October 21, 2007.

China:  Not sure exactly when or where she was born but we think it was sometime in 1998 or early 1999.  We rescued China from starvation.  She was tied to a tree with no housing, no food and no water.  China is short, stocky, brendle and white and weighs about 55 lbs.   She is an outside dog and a master escape artist. 

Jada:  Jada was born November 2000 in Hampton, VA.  We actually bought her from a breeder.  She got her name because she has green eyes.  Jada, 55 lbs, is your typical high-strung red-nose--doesn't get along with other dogs, but is usually friendly with people. 

Ming:  Ming was born December 2001.  His father is Spike and his mother is China; He was a product of our very first breeding experience.  Ming is 80 lbs and can run faster and jump higher than any dog I've ever seen.  He is white with light brendle spots.

Willie:  Willie was born October 2003--Spike is his father and China is his mother.  Willie was born blind in one eye.  He also developed problems in the growth plates of his front legs and had to have surgery to correct it.  Willie had so many problems, yet was full of life.  In July of 2006 Willie contracted a tick-born disease and died at the age of 3.

Gus:  Gus is a cat.....that lives with 4 pitbulls.  He was born in 1993 and used to be a house cat until he ruined 3 rooms of carpet by peeing.   He is declawed and now lives in a kennel next to his buddy Ming.  Gus is not your typical cat--He is 26 lbs and likes water. 

Rondo:  Is an NKC registered American Bulldog.  He was born August 25, 2006.  We got him as our "stud"  for the new female family members we are searching for.  So far, he is a very smart, teething, biting, LARGE puppy.
